Richard Hiatt Construction, Inc. is a Residential Home Builder with a long list of satisfied clients. Established in 1996, Richard Hiatt has demonstrated time and time again our commitment to quality and value in every home built. To ensure that each new home meets our high standards, we use only quality construction materials and employ only highly skilled craftsmen. Most of these craftsmen have been working with Richard Hiatt Construction since the beginning, and all take pride in a job well done. We build custom homes in the Hattiesburg area including Oak Grove, Sumrall, Columbia, Petal, and Purvis.

Richard Hiatt Construction has built over 150 homes in the Greater Hattiesburg area. Company President Richard Hiatt is a member of the Greater Hattiesburg Home Builders Association. He has served on the Board of Directors and as President of the Greater Hattiesburg Home Builders Association for 2003-2004. Richard was named "Builder of the Year" in 2005, served on the Annual Home and Products Show Committee, and was involved in the 2nd Annual Home Sweet Home Giveaway to benefit the Habitat for Humanity and the United Way of Southeast Mississippi.
